Don’t Panic 2 The Final Tribulation 9/30/2001
Let’s compare two passages that deal with the Final Tribulation Period (FTP):
In Matt 24:3 the disciples asked three
questions. The answers to these
questions are:
In Luke 21:7 the disciples asked three
questions. The answers to these
questions are:
Who are those in Judea? Where are we
to flee to?
Notice that “When ye shall see
the abomination of desolation” (inside) in Matt 24 relates to “When ye shall see
Jerusalem compassed with armies” (outside). Notice that we shall see it,
not hear about it, but see personally.
What is it we are supposed to see?
The abomination that makes desolate is
described in 2 Thess 2:3-11 and Rev 22:18. Notice that 2 Thess 2:11 speaks
about “the lie”. All the Greek interlinears show this. What is the lie?
Jerusalem overrun by armies is
described in Rev 11:1-2 and Rev 13:5
Both events are again described
simultaneously in Rev 11:7-8 and Rev 13:7.
In Jerusalem the high places were not
removed. Because of the abomination
inside (Satan was standing in the holy place), God ordered the destruction by
the armies of Satan outside, in Jer 25:8-11, Jer 27:6-7, and Jer 29:16-19
IN Acts 27;41, who broke up the ship?
Was Jeremiah faithful? Was Jeremiah
safe and secure? What are we to do when we see the abomination inside
and we see the armies outside? How can
we be faithful? (1 Cor 1:4-9, 2 Cor
5:17-18, Rev 2:24-25, 1 Pet 5:1-7)
